- Define the roadmap for the hiring-manager-facing product suite
- Identify where AI can make results and insights clearer for hiring teams
- Prioritise features based on customer needs and business objectives
- Partner with engineering, content and UX teams to deliver enterprise-ready solutions
- Analyse usage and outcome data; design experiments for onboarding and results delivery
- Partner with Go-to-Market on expansion strategies and build business cases for new offerings
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings
- Prior experience as a software developer ideal
- Track record building B2B SaaS applications
- Comfort running customer discovery calls and QBRs
- Experience defining, launching, selling and scaling products with measurable impact
- Executive presentation and cross-functional leadership skills
