Principal Product Manager co-owning thinkcell's AI product end-to-end from discovery to business outcome at a Berlin-based Microsoft Office software company. Sets direction for other PMs while staying close to customers across design and engineering.
What you'll do
- Co-own AI product end-to-end from research to release
- Translate user needs into business outcomes, not just features
- Contribute to product vision, strategy and roadmap with leadership
- Set direction for and coach other product managers
- Be the voice of the customer, balancing constraints and business goals
- Keep abreast of industry trends and deploy best-in-class discovery
What they're looking for
- 5+ years as a product manager on software products
- Track record of mentoring or leading other PMs
- Technical & AI fluency; shipping AI-powered products a plus
- Strong IT affinity and understanding of how products are built
- Outstanding communication and compelling presentation skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
