About the role
Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to define and scale quality engineering standards, architect end-to-end test strategy, and drive shift-left quality practices across multiple squads. Hands-on role integrating AI into QE and owning QA delivery across global teams.
What you'll do
- Define and scale quality engineering standards, quality gates, and release-readiness frameworks
- Architect end-to-end test strategy covering UI, API, database, integration, security, and performance testing
- Drive shift-left quality practices and partner with developers to embed quality in PRs
- Design and scale enterprise automation frameworks and expand end-to-end automation
- Partner with LLM Innovative Technology Team to integrate AI into QE
- Own end-to-end QA delivery across global teams and provide executive-ready quality metrics
What they're looking for
- 8+ years in software testing/quality engineering including test automation and/or test architecture
- Proven QA leadership across multiple engineering teams
- Hands-on depth in UI/API automation, integration & database testing, performance testing, and building test frameworks
- Strong CI/CD quality engineering experience
