What you'll do
- Lead workforce and operations for QA teams across shifts/sites.
- Implement quality systems and methods (RCA, CAPA, FMEA, 8D, SPC) and maintain QMS.
- Build, version-control, and iterate SOPs for program launches and QA onboarding.
- Translate engineering data requirements into floor-executable QA criteria.
- Monitor and analyze QA metrics to drive quality improvements.
- Represent QA in program launches and crisis calls.

- Proven experience managing large or dispersed grading/QA teams.
- Strong command of RCA, CAPA, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and QMS frameworks.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with quality dashboards.
- Clear, structured communication across all levels.

- Experience building processes and tackling operational challenges directly.
