About the role
Lead Product Manager owning several related product areas or one of unusual regulatory weight, shipping major launches hands-on. Covers trading/execution, tax-efficient investing and pensions, crypto, and client accounts/payments at a fast-growing mobile broker serving millions of investors.
What you'll do
- Set direction and priorities across product areas based on client needs, data, and commercial goals
- Read regulation, API documentation, and operational processes to form positions before Legal and Compliance review
- Write detailed specs for launches
- Carry decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations
- Take products through testing and launch, then run them
- Review other PMs' research, decisions, and specs, and help hire
What they're looking for
- A complex product shipped personally, explainable in detail including failures
- Enough technical understanding to read documentation and reason about system behavior
- Ability to query data and explain every figure quoted
- Regular use of AI in product work, checked against primary sources
- Product decisions across related areas and mentoring other product managers
