About the role
Senior Product Manager owning the recruiter experience within the Karat Platform, including pipeline visibility, automation, analytics, and candidate-to-opportunity matching. Requires cross-functional work with engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams on enterprise-ready recruiting solutions. Schedule must overlap with U.S. business hours.
What you'll do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for recruiter-facing workflow and analytics
- Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives
- Partner with engineering, content, and UX on enterprise-ready solutions and integrations
- Design and refine dashboards and reporting used by recruiters
- Run experiments to improve insight, reduce manual effort, and improve candidate matching
- Partner with Go-to-Market on expansion strategies and business cases
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C offerings
- Exposure to recruiting, HR tech, or matching/marketplace-style products
- Track record building B2B SaaS applications
- Experience running customer discovery calls and QBRs
- Experience designing analytics, dashboards, or workflow tools
- Comfortable with greenfield, 0-to-1 problems
