IT Engineer responsible for building and maintaining secure, reliable technology experience for employees. Owns IT operations across endpoints, identity, business applications, networking, and office technology.
What you'll do
- Own employee IT onboarding and offboarding
- Provide hands-on support for macOS and Windows
- Manage corporate endpoints using MDM and security platforms
- Manage software deployment and security updates
- Manage user accounts, SSO, and access to SaaS platforms
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
