About the role
Growth Product Manager for the Italian market at a greentech AI startup. Owns activation, adoption, and retention for Italian installers, shipping localized features that can become reusable platform capabilities. Full-time on-site in Berlin with quarterly travel to Italy.
What you'll do
- Own the Italian market as PM, identifying gaps and optimizing
- Talk to installers constantly via calls, site visits, demos, and support tickets
- Improve activation, adoption, and retention metrics for Italian installers
- Ship features fitting Italian compliance and local practices
- Turn Italy-specific solutions into reusable platform features
- Set UX/UI bar and challenge technically correct but poorly usable work
What they're looking for
- 2+ years in product management, ideally in startup or product-driven environment
- Outcome-driven with demonstrated metric improvement
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Strong product taste to spot weak flows
- Willingness to travel roughly quarterly to Italy
- C2 Italian proficiency and excellent English (German a bonus)
