About the role
Meesho seeks a Group Product Manager to lead PMs and analysts and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for an e-commerce org. The role is cross-functional, data-driven, and focused on Tier 2/3/4 Indian consumers.
What you'll do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the org.
- Identify and prioritise user/business problems and break them into deliverables.
- Drive MVP/prototype experiments and UAT/dogfooding for product quality.
- Create go-to-market plans with business and marketing stakeholders.
- Define and track product metrics; use usage patterns to improve metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and coach product managers and product analysts.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of work experience.
- At least 6+ years in product management in a tech-led company.
- Consumer internet experience preferred.
- Strong first-principles problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of technology.
- Experience with A/B experimentation and managing direct PM reports.
