About the role
Meraki Labs is hiring a founding Product Manager for myRico, an AI teammate that helps software teams move projects from intent to delivery. You will work with founders, engineers and early customers to discover where the AI creates value, define what to build next and own the loop from problem to shipped solution.
What you'll do
- Work with founders, engineers and early customers to identify where Rico creates the most value
- Own the loop from understanding a problem to shipping a solution and iterating based on usage
- Decide when Rico should act autonomously, ask for input or remember information
- Prototype better workflows and work with engineering to put them in customers' hands
- Read conversations, investigate failures and challenge assumptions to improve the product
- Shape both the product and how the team builds it
