Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead for NoPressure, an early-stage startup within JetBrains Innovation Hub. Own venture strategy, customer discovery, and early go-to-market for an agentic AI product that helps people practice high-stakes workplace conversations.
What you'll do
- Define product and venture strategy, prioritize what to test and build
- Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand workplace workflows
- Identify ideal customer profile and initial use cases
- Design and run lightweight experiments and prototypes
- Establish metrics and evaluate evidence to decide iterate/pivot
- Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition/sales motions
What they're looking for
- Track record taking products from ambiguity to launch and early adoption
- Hands-on experience with AI/agentic products or emerging tech
- Experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, or commercialization
- Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products
- Technical fluency to evaluate agentic workflows and work with engineers
- End-to-end ownership across strategy, discovery, product development, and GTM
