Engineering Manager leading Swiggy's Data Platform team, owning streaming pipelines, CDC connectors, lakehouse storage, access control, and cost observability across Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS.
What you'll do
- Drive streaming and batch data platform reliability
- Improve CDC and connector management with automation
- Strengthen data access governance including row-level security
- Build observability and cost visibility tooling
- Lead incident and escalation response for P0/P1 issues
- Manage and mentor data platform engineers
