About the role
Developer Community Manager to build and lead Smartsheet's developer community from scratch. Responsible for engagement, content, events, moderation, and advocacy, reporting to Director of Community.
What you'll do
- Act as primary community voice and moderate channels
- Drive engagement via conversations, resources, office hours
- Manage content calendar and create technical content
- Design developer challenges, hackathons, gamification
- Capture community feedback and triage bug reports
- Report on community health metrics
What they're looking for
- 5 years in developer relations or community management
- Track record building communities from scratch
- Experience with Slack, Discourse, or Reddit
- CS degree or equivalent software engineering experience
- Strong written communication
- Cross-functional collaboration
