About the role
Metaforms is a vertically integrated AI SaaS platform for market research agencies. The Associate PM works as a structured apprentice paired with a senior PM, taking on scoped pieces of a live shipping product area rather than owning full ambiguity solo. Ideal for someone early in their career eager to learn how product decisions are made.
What you'll do
- Sit in on and eventually lead user interviews with research operators, PMs, and agency leaders
- Help write product ideas, user flows, and simple requirements docs for senior PM review
- Break defined problems into engineering-sized pieces with guidance
- Build and test simple prototypes or mockups for early user feedback
- Sit in on engineering discussions and answer engineer clarifying questions on owned work
- Track feature status, flag blockers, and gather post-ship feedback from users and support tickets

- Early in career, curious, organized, and eager to learn product management
- Ability to recognize the difference between what users ask for and the real problem, with coaching
- Comfortable with scoped pieces of larger problems rather than owning full ambiguity solo
- Willingness to sit in on engineering discussions and learn how requirements become software
- Prior exposure to B2B software, workflow tools, or AI products (nice to have)
