- Understand customer AI strategy and translate requirements into Celonis solutions
- Build rapid LLM/agent-based prototypes during customer hackathons
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects including architecture, RAG, guardrails
- Build demos and business cases to win new customers
- Facilitate value workshops and present results to C-level executives
- Drive adoption, expansion and renewal across the customer value journey
