About the role
APM role on Composio's AI-native automation tooling, starting ops-heavy running app/toolkit operations and automating them, then shifting toward owning platform product problems (triggers, tools, auth, governance). Founder-mode ownership of a product line rather than traditional PM.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end operations to get new apps live (research, setup, QA, launch)
- Improve existing toolkits with product team and clear blocking issues
- Own QA and support for every toolkit launched
- Build and scale ops playbook with SOPs, tools, and AI agents
- Define, build, and monitor metrics for the function
- Scope, own, and ship ambiguous platform product problems
What they're looking for
- 2-4 years experience; cares about growth rate over seniority
- Can explain API and integration; reads API docs cold
- Writes enough code to build small tools and automations
- Recent specific evidence of AI-built or AI-automated projects
- Comfortable doing manual work while automation is built
- Has designed or owned a pipeline with throughput and SLAs
