About the role
Capco, a Wipro company, seeks an AI Product Manager to drive transformation delivery and build Agentic AI capabilities for financial services clients. The role blends agile coaching with designing AI-powered playbooks and identifying high-value AI use cases across BA, PM, PMO, and IT functions.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end transformation delivery with BAs, PMs, PMO and IT managers using Jira, Confluence and Agile
- Lead agile transformation, assess processes and establish scalable outcome-focused delivery practices
- Build and operationalise Agentic AI capabilities, including Claude-style skills and agent workflows
- Identify and incubate high-value AI use cases to automate and augment transformation activities
- Create AI-powered playbooks and reusable assets embedding AI in daily ways of working
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience in transformation-type delivery end-to-end
- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence and Agile ways of working
- Experience as agile practitioner/coach driving ways-of-working change
- Ability to design agent instructions, workflows and reusable AI capabilities
- Notice period: Immediate/Within 30 days
