About the role
Staff Technical Product Manager working with engineering, product, and field teams on either OLTP Databases or Data Governance areas within the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Bridges technical field insights with product roadmap and drives product adoption.

- Identify and drive impactful product improvements in domain of expertise
- Define and run performance benchmarks or governance best practices
- Shape and prioritize product roadmap
- Support go-to-market efforts and guide product adoption
- Define secure AI agent access to the Data Intelligence Platform (governance focus)

- 5+ years of experience with a strong hands-on technical background
- Deep domain expertise in OLTP databases, distributed systems, or data governance
- Strong Python and SQL skills
