What you'll do
- Lead block- and subsystem-level physical design closure
- Collaborate with SoC-level teams on clocking, floorplanning, and integration
- Develop and scale closure methodologies and automation
- Mentor and guide physical design engineers
- Work cross-functionally with RTL, STA, power, verification, and backend teams
- Identify and mitigate physical design risks
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in physical design
- Expertise in timing closure, congestion analysis, power integrity
- Understanding of SoC-level floorplanning and clocking methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Synopsys ICC2, Fusion Compiler, PrimeTime, Cadence Innovus, Tempus, Certus
- Proficiency in Tcl, Python, and/or Perl scripting
- BTech or MTech in Electronics and Communication, Electrical
