About the role
Owns product direction for Trust Platform modules extending orchestration, studio, APIs, dashboard, and data layer. Most strategic, market-facing role on the team, leading vendor integrations (biometrics, screening, credit bureaus) and unifying data schemas for identity and fraud prevention.
What you'll do
- Assess market needs with Sales, Solutions, Marketing and anticipate customer problems
- Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle for non-IDnow signals across orchestration, studio, and APIs
- Conduct commercial and technical vendor evaluations and lead RFP processes
- Own integration of other IDnow product teams' products into Trust Platform
- Own dashboards and analytics features in the Trust Platform dashboard
- Design unified data schemas and reusable data blocks across providers
