Senior Product Manager for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover, owning the Tasks product within Staffbase's Actions team. The role drives roadmap and prioritization for frontline operational execution, working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own the Tasks product roadmap and prioritization from early build to scale
- Partner with domain experts and solution designers to translate operational problems into product
- Work directly with flagship enterprise customers on their operational needs
- Steer maintenance priorities for forms, HR actions, and widget/plugin estate
- Define success metrics for operational products focused on frontline adoption
- Apply an AI-native lens to determine where intelligent layers add value
