About the role
Senior Growth Product Manager to scale user base via organic channels, referrals, and viral loops. Owns growth roadmap, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery for Lemonade (insurance).
What you'll do
- Set vision and roadmap for organic growth engines
- Uncover opportunities across funnel using customer behavior, research, and experimentation
- Launch organic, referral, and lifecycle initiatives
- Run A/B tests with clear hypotheses and instrumentation
- Define and track growth metrics
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing
