About the role
Senior Product Manager for Global Tax at Shine, owning the tax engine and annual business tax returns across core markets, starting with Germany. Part of the new Tax & Year-End area, working closely with the Global Year-End PM.
What you'll do
- Own the Global Tax strategy and roadmap for annual business tax returns across core markets
- Build one tax engine: shared data model, tax mapping, rules framework, review workflow; local forms and calculations
- Own electronic filing end-to-end including ELSTER/ERiC in Germany and equivalents in France and Spain
- Serve two segments: high-throughput workflow for tax advisors/CPAs and guided DIY for Shine Micro business owners
- Make AI a core capability: pre-filled returns, automated classification of tax-relevant postings
