About the role
Senior PM to lead discovery, development, and go-to-market for new products in HR and employer branding, with focus on India and APAC. Requires 5+ years PM experience, including new product development, and strong technical knowledge of Salesforce-based products.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of new product development from ideation to launch
- Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify unmet needs
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and client success
- Create and validate prototypes, MVPs, and go-to-market pilots
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Partner with marketing and sales on pricing, positioning, and launch strategies
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience
- At least 3 years in new product development
- Strong technical knowledge (Salesforce and other platforms)
- MBA or strong business acumen
