About the role
Senior LMS Administrator owning the administration and integration of Skilljar and Cornerstone learning platforms. Acts as technical anchor for LMS configuration, compliance reporting, and process scalability. Hybrid role reporting to Training Operations manager.
What you'll do
- Administer LMS including user access, compliance reports, and digital learning initiatives
- Oversee health, security, and configuration of internal servers and technical systems
- Manage customer support queue and escalate complex tickets
- Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders on project requirements
- Evaluate and document scalable operational workflows
