About the role
Cleo is hiring a Project Manager for its Professional Services team to lead end-to-end implementation of B2B integration, EDI, and supply chain solutions. The role focuses on project planning, execution, and customer satisfaction. It is remote but based in Bengaluru.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute customer implementation projects.
- Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Conduct kickoffs and status meetings.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and customer teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful go-live.
What they're looking for
- B.E./B.Tech graduate.
- 6–9 years of project management experience.
- Experience with SaaS implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or supply chain solutions.
