About the role
Cin7 seeks a Product Manager, AI to connect users and engineering, identifying where AI can save time in inventory management and turning opportunities into trusted enterprise features. The role owns AI use cases like forecasting, data entry, search, and automation, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and responsible data handling.
What you'll do
- Interview customers, study competitors, and test AI models/tools to shape product ideas.
- Define AI use cases for Core (forecasting, data entry, search, automation) and write requirements.
- Rank features based on market research, customer need, and company strategy.
- Manage project scope and trade-offs between time, cost, security, and speed.
- Set and track success measures for AI features (accuracy, time saved, adoption).
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Engineering on data privacy and model cost.
What they're looking for
- Proven product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS; inventory/supply chain/ecommerce a plus.
- Hands-on experience shipping at least one AI/ML product or feature, including LLMs.
- Understanding of AI feature development/testing: prompts, model selection, evaluation, accuracy, data quality.
- Awareness of AI risks (incorrect answers, bias, privacy, cost) and mitigation.
- Track record managing a product through full lifecycle and presenting to executives.
- Structured, agile approach; strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
