About the role
Zinnov seeks an Engagement Manager for M&A advisory in the technology sector. The role leads end-to-end transactions, financial modeling, due diligence, and client relationships with founders, PE/VC, and strategic acquirers. It is a senior investment banking position within the Strategy practice.
What you'll do
- Lead M&A advisory and capital raising engagements from origination to closure
- Perform financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables), and transaction structuring
- Manage due diligence and coordinate with legal, accounting, and investors
- Oversee multiple live transactions simultaneously
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, PE/VC, and strategic acquirers
- Contribute to thought leadership and client engagements
What they're looking for
- 7–12 years in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Private Equity, or Corporate M&A
- Experience in transaction execution and client relationship management
- Preferably coverage of Technology, IT Services, Software, SaaS, or related sectors
- MBA from Tier 1 institute preferred; CA, CFA, or Engineering desirable
