What you'll do
- Provide L1 support and troubleshooting for Cornerstone OnDemand and Letter AI
- Build AI agents and low-code automations using Copilot Studio and Power Automate
- Author and maintain generative AI prompts for knowledge base and SOPs
- Perform basic CSOD configurations, release testing, and escalation management
- Document support workflows and track metrics for automation backlog
