About the role
AWS Manager/Sr. Manager role combining people leadership and hands-on AWS solution architecture. Lead AWS teams, drive cloud governance and DevOps, and architect solutions integrating Amazon Connect, SageMaker, Bedrock, and Salesforce.
What you'll do
- Act as AWS subject matter expert and provide leadership to internal teams
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior AWS team members
- Conduct performance reviews and personal development planning
- Manage resource staffing, utilization, and capacity planning
- Architect, implement, and optimize AWS solutions for scalability and cost-efficiency
- Oversee cloud governance, automation, and DevOps best practices
